Single and two-storey, side return, wrap-around and rear.
An extension is mostly about the junction with the existing house. We design the new roof and floor structure, the steels that open the old back wall into the new room, and the lintels over every window and door.
We can work from your architect’s drawings or, for simpler projects, produce the drawings ourselves so one firm covers planning and structure.
